Colonial Pipeline & Benton’s Equipment Team Up For Fence Donation To School

SLAUGHTER, La. — Colonial Pipeline and Benton’s Equipment hit it out of the park with a recent fence donation. The two companies joined forces to donate a large amount of fence and hardware from construction during Project Lagniappe. 

The fencing was donated to the Slaughter Community Charter School in Slaughter, LA to begin revamping a baseball practice field. Benton’s Equipment provided the labor and equipment to clean & transport the fencing and associated hardware. The head coach of the baseball team, Jacob Goudeau was extremely grateful to receive the fencing to replace the aging fence currently in place. They hope to begin practicing on this field next year.
