Operations
Our fundamental operations philosophy of operations is a conservative, disciplined and systematic approach to all aspects of our work to achieve spill-free, error-free operations. In the design, construction, maintenance and operation of our system, we apply this conservative, disciplined and systematic approach. This means we plan our activities and follow work processes and procedures that have addressed hazard recognition and incorporate safety into our work activities. We will use planned processes that will guide all team members to safely and efficiently complete their work.  The goal of the company is to transport products safely and efficiently.  In order to prevent a product spill, we have made the following predetermined decisions:

• Unless an alternate protection method is utilized, we will not operate a facility or pipeline that does not have the designed protective safety devices in operation.

• All employees have the right and responsibility to shut down in an orderly fashion any system that they believe to be endangering the public, environment, or themselves and/or co-workers.
