And always remember, if you become aware of a potential violation, it is important that you raise it promptly by way of the aforementioned resources. Colonial will not tolerate retaliation of any kind against those who report, in good faith, a violation of applicable laws, rules, regulations, or internal policies and procedures. Retaliation may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
