On September 11, nearly 40 members of Colonial’s leadership team came together to participate in the 9/11 Day of Service, joining millions of Americans in transforming a day of remembrance into a day of meaningful action. This year, our leaders volunteered their time to pack meals for individuals and families facing food insecurity—an effort that not only supported local communities but also reflected the core values that guide our company.

The 9/11 Day of Service began with a simple but powerful idea: to reclaim the anniversary of September 11 by turning it into a national day of doing good. Today, it stands as the largest day of service in the United States, officially recognized under federal law. Through volunteerism, charitable giving, and acts of kindness, Americans honor the memory of those lost and the heroism of those who responded.

For Colonial, this day was more than a volunteer event—it was a chance to lead by example. By stepping away from our desks and into service, our leadership team demonstrated what it means to be a good neighbor and a trusted partner. The meals packed during this event will stay within the communities where we operate, directly supporting those in need and reinforcing our commitment to making a local impact.

This initiative also served as a powerful reminder of the strength that comes from unity. Working side by side, our leaders deepened their connections with one another and with the mission that drives us: to serve with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

We are proud to be part of a movement that turns remembrance into action and tragedy into hope. Thank you to

everyone who participated and to those who continue to uphold our values in every community we touch.
