How do you calculate a shipper’s space on the pipeline during allocated cycles?

What is Transport4?
Transport4 (T4) is a third-party technology company providing a single connection point for the communication of petroleum logistics transactions. T4 works hand-in-hand with carriers and shippers to improve nominations and shipping accuracy, increase communications, and ensure accountability across all points of interaction.

Terminals and Tankage Parties
How many terminals are connected to the Colonial Pipeline system?
Colonial Pipeline is connected to more than 270 terminals along its pipeline. The terminals are also known as tankage parties, or simply tankers.

How do I become a tankage party?
Companies interested in becoming a valid tankage party on the Colonial system must complete the Tanker Request form.
How do I make changes to my tankage code(s)?
Terminals needing to make changes to their current tankage code(s) should submit a completed Tanker Code Change Request form, copying the selling terminal if the change is a result of an acquisition, to [email protected].
