A Colonial shipper may use another party to supply petroleum product at one of the origin locations or to take receipt of product at a delivery destination. These parties are designated as a Supplier/Consignee. By default, all shippers on the Colonial system are deemed Supplier/ Consignees with Colonial. Companies interested in supplying or receiving product only will need to apply to become a Supplier/Consignee.

Company. Please complete the Supplier/Consignee Application and
submit to: [email protected]. The application process can take up to
three weeks for completion. You will be notified by Shipper
Relations once the process is complete and the company code is
established.
