Doug Meyers Named Director, Business Development At Colonial Pipeline

ALPHARETTA, Ga. (Feb. 12, 2015) – Colonial Pipeline today named Doug Meyers its new Director, Business Development, responsible for leading efforts to build customer services and relationships as the company seeks to maximize its assets. 

The announcement was made by Dave Doudna, Colonial’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. 

Meyers has nearly 28 years of business experience, including the past 17 years with Kinder Morgan Energy Partners. Most recently he was located in Orange, California as the Director, Business Development – Products Pipelines for Kinder Morgan’s western pipeline systems. 

Prior to that he held several positions within Kinder Morgan, including Director, Strategic and Financial Planning in Houston, Texas. 

Meyers earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from California State University in Chico, California and an MBA from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. Meyers will start his new position Monday, Feb. 23.
